More than 25 years of teaching TaeKwonDo

TaeKwonDo (TKD), literally translating to “the way of the hand and foot” is a Korean art of unarmed combat. Its history dates back over 2000 years to the three kingdoms that ruled what is now Korea during the early common era. In recent history TKD has grown in popularity and is practiced by millions of people around the world. In the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games, TKD became an officially recognized Olympic sport.

Above all else TKD is a great way to develop strong self esteem and stay physically fit.
